It has been the honor of my life to be able to lead the charge on protecting our dead
As many of you may know, I played a critical role in the Sunset Mesa Trial. After seeing all the hurt caused by Sunset Mesa, I took action. This included raising awareness through multiple documentaries, news interviews, and bringing legislation. Below are two of my bills that I got passed that protect the loved ones we have lost.
HB22-1073: Funeral Establishment And Crematory Inspection
Reps. Roberts & Soper | Sens. Coram & Donovan
Gives the Director of the Division of Professions & Occupations the right to enter any registered funeral establishment or crematorium during business hours.
An inspection can be brought about by the Director’s own initiative, upon receipt of a complaint, or any suspected/alleged violation of CRS 12-135.

Makes the abuse of a corpse a felony
Abuse of a corpse is defined as:
Removing the body or remains of any person from a grave or other place of sepulcher without the consent of the person who has the right to dispose of the remains
These bills have marked the beginning. This session, I will be bringing my biggest bill yet that deals with the funeral home industry: licensing funeral home operators and cremators. You should be able to trust, that when you bring your loved one to a funeral home, crematorium, etc. that the people working there are trained professionals. Colorado will no longer be the prodigal state when it comes to our sacred dead. This final bill, which I will go into greater detail on in our next newsletter, will finally bring us into the fold.
This issue is a somber one and hard to deal with, but it is necessary that we protect our loved ones even after they are gone. It is my duty to my constituents and the citizens of Colorado to lead this fight and ensure that change occurs. I will not rest until every citizen in the state Colorado can sleep well at night knowing that their dead have been properly honored.

Matt, I applaud this legislation to protect the dignity of the dead, especially for their families. I like your efforts to make case law more available. However, this worries me: "Last week I was in Mainz, Germany, as part of the U.S. delegation at a trilateral meeting on critical infrastructure and financing. Do you realize that the Aspen Institute has been a thinktank for the globalist cabal for decades? Do you know that it's where the WEF / WHO, etc plot how to take over the USA and the world? Do you know that they are experts at grooming and indoctrinating politicians to become their proxies (like Trudeau), instead of representing the citizens they are elected to represent? IF you do not know this, you are very naive, and extremely vulnerable. OK it might be good to have someone on the inside, but it is still a very vulnerable position to be in.
